We ship our products using DPD. When you place an order, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the DPD website.
Do you charge for delivery?
We offer free delivery for all orders over £50. For orders under £25 a delivery charge will apply. The delivery charge will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
How do I get a refund or return my order?

Refunds

Can I cancel my order once it’s placed?
Once the order is placed you cannot cancel it will be posted out to you, if you need to return the order email info@boastelite.co.uk and we will arrange the refund for your product.
